ASO 1st Organized Industrial Zone 7th Section Expansion Area Infrastructure Construction Consultancy Services

Brief Description of the Project :

Within the scope of the project, the following services will be provided for the 7th Section Expansion Area (1,066 ha) of the 1^st Organized Industrial Zone located in Sincan district of Ankara Province.

• Within the scope of road constructions of approximately 38,000 meters in total length in two different types with widths of 18 meters and 33 meters, approximately 8,500,000 m³ excavation, 2,000,000 m³ filling, road superstructure (subbase, foundation, asphalt binder layer) and pavement,
• Approximately 24,000,000 m³ lot excavation,
• Approximately 238,000 m³ of retaining wall, including lot-to-lot and lot-to-road,
• Review of detail designs and tender documents for infrastructure construction (drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, natural gas, communication network), assistance to Client during the tender process and construction supervision and consultancy services.
