Lower Seyhan Plain Irrigation Renewal Planning Reports Engineering Services

Brief Description of the Project:

The scope of the Project comprises of preparation of all reports and appendices demonstrating the technical and economic feasibility of irrigation facilities by considering various alternatives for the renewal of the Lower Seyhan Plain Irrigation Facilities and conversion of the irrigation network (168 275 ha) to a closed system irrigation network in order to ensure efficient use of the irrigation water to be supplied from the Seyhan Dam, and irrigation of new areas with the water savings to be achieved in the transition to the piped system in the project.

Also, within this scope  “Technical and Economic Feasibility Report of Çatalan Dam and Seyhan Dam Joint Operation Alternatives and Solution Proposals”, “Hydraulic Capacity Analysis Report of Sarıçam Stream, K-101 Interception Canal, TS-2 Interception Canal, Ceyhan Interception Canal and Drainage Canals” and the operation of a new power plant, which will provide energy production by taking the energy of the turbined and sluice waters from Seyhan HEPP, as "Seyhan Weir HEPP Facility" since there will be no need to use the Seyhan Regulator for irrigation purposes after the rehabilitation of the Seyhan Weir are evaluated within the scope of the planning report.
