The contract for the "Dicle Sub-Basin Master Plan" project, tendered by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSİ), Department of Surveys, Planning and Allocations, is signed on June 1, 2026. The scope of the project involves the preparation of the "Dicle Sub-Basin Master Plan" on the basis of the Dicle Sub-Basin—one of Turkiye's 25 river basins—taking water basin boundaries as the essential framework in order to protect our natural resources and plan their sustainable use.

Contract for “Consultancy Services, Contract Management and Construction Supervision of Reconstruction of Irrigation Canals” within the scope of Climate Resilient Water Services Project (Phase-1), to be financed by Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) in Kazakhstan, has been signed between TEMELSU International Engineering Services Inc. and SU-YAPI Engineering & Consulting Inc. Joint Venture and the RSE “Kazvodkhoz” under the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of Republic of Kazakhstan on 20.05.2026 in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Contract for “Project Management Consultancy” service within the scope of the “Climate-Smart Water Management Improvement Project” to be financed by Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Uzbekistan, has been signed between JV of IRD Engineering S.R.L, Almaviva S.p.A, SU-YAPI Engineering and Consulting Inc. and Allied Management and Engineering Consultants and the Joint-Stock Company “Uzsuvtaminot” (UJSC) of Republic of Uzbekistan on 12.05.2026 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The contract for the “Rehabilitation of Small Dams within the Scope of the Çekerek River Basin Rehabilitation Project” tendered by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSİ), Department of Dams and Hydroelectric Power Plants, was signed on February 13, 2026.

The Construction Supervision Services contract for the “Construction of Adıyaman Central Sewerage and Stormwater Network” project, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), between the General Directorate of the Provincial Banks, the Investment Coordination Department, and the Joint Venture of SU-YAPI Engineering and Consulting Inc. / TEMELSU International Engineering Services Inc. was signed on February 5, 2026.

The contract for “Design Consultancy and Engineering Services for Kars – Iğdır – Aralık – Dilucu High Standard Railway”, the tender of which was made by the General Directorate of Infrastructure Investments (AYGM) of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Turkey, is signed between the General Directorate of AYGM and SU-YAPI Engineering and Consultancy Inc. / PROYAPI Engineering and Consultancy Inc. Joint Venture on 02.07.2025.

The International Symposium on Flood Risk Management, held in conjunction with the closing event of the “Technical Assistance to Prepare Flood Risk Management Plan for the Meriç-Ergene River Basin (FLOODMERG)” Project, co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye within the scope of Environment and Climate Action Sector Operational Program (IPA-2), took place on June 20–21, 2025 in Edirne, Türkiye. With the participation of approximately 200 representatives, the event provided a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences on a wide range of important topics, including flood risk assessment, climate change impacts, nature-based solutions, early warning systems, regulatory frameworks, and transboundary cooperation.

We had the privilege of hosting a distinguished delegation from Japan at our company. The delegation included Deputy Director of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism (MLIT), Mr. Akira Nishimura, Deputy Director of the Japan Water Agency (JWA), Mr. Tomotaka Higuchi, technical experts from Nippon Koei, Ms. Yuka Nidegawa and Mr. Kanta Hiramatsu, and Mr. Ryoichiro Hoshino from the Embassy of Japan.

The contract for the “Revision of Büyük Menderes Basin Flood Management Plan”, tendered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, General Directorate of Water Management, is signed on 25.10.2024. Within the scope of the project, in the “Büyük Menderes Basin” border, which is one of the 25 river basins of Turkey, considering various alternatives to determine the impact of floods and determine adaptation activities, services will be provided for reviewing existing flood management strategies, developing new strategies in light of current data and technologies, presenting a integrative flood management approach by ensuring the participation of stakeholders in the region, and preparing all reports and annexes related to these studies.
