Kazakhstan - "Construction Supervision of Reconstruction of Irrigation Canals” within the scope of Climate Resilient Water Services Project (Phase-1) has been signed. 20 May 2026

Contract for “Consultancy Services, Contract Management and Construction Supervision of Reconstruction of Irrigation Canals” within the scope of Climate Resilient Water Services Project (Phase-1), to be financed by Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) in Kazakhstan, has been signed between TEMELSU International Engineering Services Inc. and SU-YAPI Engineering & Consulting Inc. Joint Venture and the RSE “Kazvodkhoz” under the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of Republic of Kazakhstan on 20.05.2026 in Astana, Kazakhstan.

The project comprises the construction of approximately 3,400 km of irrigation canals to provide services for an area of 350,000 ha which wastendered  through 23 Lots, under 14 Packages of 5 Groups in the Zhambyl, Zhetysu, Kyzylorda, West Kazakhstan, and Turkistan Regions of Kazakhstan. Temelsu & Su-Yapı Joint Venture will carry out the Consultancy Services, Contract Management and Construction Supervision of Reconstruction of Irrigation Canals along 48 months.
