The contract for the “Revision of Büyük Menderes Basin Flood Management Plan”, tendered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, General Directorate of Water Management, is signed on 25.10.2024.

Within the scope of the project, in the “Büyük Menderes Basin” border, which is one of the 25 river basins of Turkey, considering various alternatives to determine the impact of floods and determine adaptation activities, services will be provided for reviewing existing flood management strategies, developing new strategies in light of current data and technologies, presenting a integrative flood management approach by ensuring the participation of stakeholders in the region, and preparing all reports and annexes related to these studies.
