Brief Description of the Project :

The scope of the works comprises of construction and post-construction consultancy services for İstanbul province Ümraniye sub-province International Finance Center.

Total construction area is 195.208 m².

Facilities to be constructed in scope of the project are;

• Capital Markets Board (SPK) Service Building (71.420 m²)
• Banking Regulatory and Supervisory Agency (BDDK) Service Building (123.788 m²)

Scope of Services :

• Project Management,
• Construction Supervision,
• Assisting Client about disagreements with Contractor,
• Preparation of Temporary and Final Acceptances,
• Facility delivery to Client,
• Obtaining Habitation Permit,
• Classification of Type,
• Providing Defect Liability period services after construction.
