Service Buildings of Educational Institutions in Group 5 Provinces

Brief Description of the Project :

The services include inspection of service buildings (Primary School, General High School, Multi-Program High School, Anatolian Teacher Training High School, Fine Arts High School, Industrial Vocational High School, Anatolian Hotel Management And Tourism Vocational High School, Science High School, Apprenticeship And Public Education Center, Religious Vocational High School, Chemical Training Vocational High School) of educational institutions in the provinces Amasya, Ankara, Çankırı, Çorum, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Kastamonu and Yozgat, detail design of repairs and strengthening works where necessary, and supervision during construction process.

The Project was implemented in 3 phases, namely:

Phase 1: Inspection of the buildings for any damage risk in an earthquake event (250.000 m² in total),

Phase 2: Preparation of repair and strengthening drawings; architectural, static, electrical and sanitary systems detail drawings; bill of quantities, cost estimates and tender documents for buildings of which 100.000 m² section which are determined on the basis of inspections in Phase 1 to need strengthening.

Phase 3: Supervision during repair and strengthening works for buildings for a total area of 100.000 m², reporting, issuing payment certificates, commissioning and final acceptance.
