Antalya Regional Courts of Justice and Seydişehir Penalty Institution Buildings

Brief Description of the Project :

The aim of the project is to construct new and modern Court Houses, which are suitable to present conditions and which will meet demands in the future, instead of courts that provide services under unfavorable conditions, and is to construct modern prisons, which are suitable to international norms, instead of prisons that are outdated and cannot provide training and no improvement can be done as a result of their physical conditions.

Consultancy services are provided within the scope of the project for construction and commissioning of the following facilities:

1. Regional Courts of Justice Building with an area of 74.433 m² in Antalya Province,
2. Penalty Institution Buildings with a total area of 23.672 m² in Seydişehir District of Konya Province.

• 2.965 m² reinforced concrete Lodging building,
• 2.010 m² reinforced concrete Open Prison building,
• 681 m² reinforced concrete Administrative building,
• 2.308 m² reinforced concrete Gendarmerie Station building,
• 318 m² reinforced concrete water tank,
• 13.474 m² reinforced concrete Closed Prison building,
• 20 m² reinforced concrete Guardhouse building,
• 108 m² reinforced concrete Package Wastewater Treatment System building,
• 788 m² reinforced concrete Workshop building.

• Construction Supervision,
• Assisting Client about disagreements with Contractor,
• Preparation of Temporary and Final Acceptances,
• Facility delivery to Client,
• Obtaining Habitation Permit,
• Classification of Type,
• Providing Defect Liability period services after construction.
