İstanbul Regional Courts of Justice, Küçükçekmece Courthouse, Sakarya Regional Courts of Justice and Edirne Open Prison and Penalty Institution Buildings

Brief Description of the Project :

The aim of the project is to construct new and modern Court Houses, which are suitable to present conditions and which will meet demands in the future, instead of courts that provide services under unfavorable conditions, and is to construct modern prisons, which are suitable to international norms, instead of prisons that are outdated and cannot provide training and no improvement can be done as a result of their physical conditions.

Consultancy services are provided within the scope of the project for construction and commissioning of the following facilities:

1. Regional Courts of Justice Building with an area of 110.894 m² in Kartal District of İstanbul Province,
2. Court House buildings, of which contractor tender has not been carried out yet, which are planned to be constructed in Küçükçekmece District of İstanbul Province,
3. Regional Courts of Justice Building with an area of 32.536 m² in Sakarya Province,
4. Open Department of Corrections Buildings with a total area of 12.418 m² in Edirne Province

• 818 m² reinforced concrete visitor building,
• 952 m² reinforced concrete Administrative building,
• 1.095 m² reinforced concrete Technical building,
• 188 m² reinforced concrete Transformer building,
• 20 m² reinforced concrete Entry Control building,
• 460 m² reinforced concrete water tank,
• 790 m² reinforced concrete infirmary,
• 1.013 m² reinforced concrete sports facility,
• 2.985 m² reinforced concrete lodging building,
• 9 m² reinforced concrete water lifting building and
• 640 m² reinforced concrete wastewater treatment building
