Brief Description of the Project :

Engineering and architectural services were provided for the preparation of urban design projects for housing and social facilities within the scope of the 20^th Package to will be constructed by TOKİ in various places within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.

Total Number of Houses                                              6.487 nos.

Total Number of Trade Area and Social Facilities:         331 nos.

Total Urban Design Project Area:                                 722.889 m²

Total Construction Area:                                             1.336.938 m²

Scope of Services :

• Dimensional drawing including the existing roads on the land and its surroundings, the road route that will provide the connection to the existing road, the infrastructure (construction and electricity) connection points and information obtained in writing from the relevant Client and determined on-site,
• Preparation of layout plan,
• Taking at least 4 sections in different directions on the layout plan, sufficient to express the topographic structure of the land,
• Preparing architectural, static, mechanical installation, electrical installation detail design for housing, social equipment, educational buildings,
• Preparation of construction and electrical infrastructure detail design,
• Preparation of structural and vegetative detail design,
• Preparation of technical specifications, site lists, quantity surveys and bill of quantities,
• Preparing a visual perspective and placing digital and photoblock prints on site photographs,
• Preparation of “.kmz” and “.kml” files by transferring perspectives prepared in 3D modeling programs to Google Earth.
