Consulting and Construction Supervision Services for 2798 Nos Housing Units and Associated Social Complexes in Kayseri, Kırşehir, Nevşehir, Sivas, Tokat and Yozgat Provinces

Brief Description of the Project :

Construction and Post – Construction Consultancy Services for Construction of Housing Units 2798 in number, Hospitals, Hotels, Commercial Centers, Social Facilities, Kiosks, Mosques, Schools, Football Fields, Boarding Houses, Hostels and Buildings, including Sub-zone Infrastructure, General Infrastructure and Landscaping in Kayseri, Kırşehir, Nevşehir, Sivas, Tokat and Yozgat Provinces. Overall construction area is 659.434,50 m².

The Project comprises the following works;

• Kırşehir Province Akpınar Sub-province Phase 2-Construction of 80 nos. Housing Units, including Sub-zone and General Infrastructure and Landscaping (8.890 m²)
• Kırşehir Provincial Capital – construction of 760 nos. Housing Units, 1 no. Mosque, 1 no. Primary School of 24-Classroom capacity, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (112.218 m²)
• Kırşehir Province, County Seat, Kuşdili District – construction of Anatolian Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School of 360-student capacity, including Boarding House, Infrastructure and Landscaping (9.728 m²)
• Kırşehir Province Mucur Sub-province, 300-student capacity Hostel and Social Facility Buildings, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (12.542 m²)
• Kırşehir – Ahi Evran University Rectorship Building, Foreign Languages Higher School Building and Football Field with Athletics Track, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (63.246 m²)
• Kırşehir – Çiçekdağı 10-bed capacity state Hospital (3.182 m²)
• Nevşehir Provincial Capital (around the Castle) – construction of 419 nos. Housing Units, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (65.436 m²)
• Nevşehir Province, Ürgüp Sub-province, Duayeri District – construction of 8-classroom capacity Girls Vocational High School Annex, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (2.882 m²)
• Statistics Institution of Turkey, Nevşehir Regional Directorate – construction of Service Building, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (9.993 m²)
• Nevşehir Province, Derinkuyu and Avanos Sub-provinces – construction of 2 nos. 10-bed capacity State Hospitals, one in each sub-province, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (6.580 m²)
• Kayseri Province, Pınarbaşı Sub-province, construction of 250-student capacity (260-bed capacity) Hostel and Social Facilities, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (11.453 m²)
• Kayseri Province, Yeşilhisar Sub-province Phase 2 – construction of 140 nos. Housing Units, 1 no. Mosque and 1 no. Kiosk, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (17.369 m²)
• Sivas Province, İmranlı Sub-province – construction of 288 nos. Housing Units and 1 no. Kiosk, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (28.983 m²)
• Sivas Provincial Capital – construction of 40 nos. Housing Units, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (7.323 m²)
• Sivas Province, County Seat, Kadıburhanettin Locality – construction of 90-bed capacity Hotel and Heating Center, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (5.409 m²)
• Sivas Province, Gürün Sub-province, Şuğul District – construction of 200-person capacity Boarding House, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (4.050 m²)
• Sivas Provincial Capital – construction of 900 nos. Housing Units, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (109.146 m²)

• Yozgat Province, Yenifakılı Sub-province, Phase 2 – construction of 161 nos. Housing Units, 1 no. Commercial Center, Mosque construction completion in Boğazlayan Sub-province, including Infrastructure and Landscaping (17.026 m²)
• Yozgat Province, Sorgun Sub-province – construction of 250-bed capacity State Hospital (45.913m²)
