"European Forum for Disaster Risk Reduction" Rome, Italy 21 November 2018

“European Forum for Disaster Risk Reduction” takes place on November 21-23, 2018 in Rome, Italy. Under the leadership of the United Nations, the forum is undertaken by the Italian Government and SU-YAPI has participated from Turkey private sector delegations and has undertaken memberships of the organizing committees for two different sessions.

• Providing sustainable financial resources for worldwide disaster risk reduction,
• Revising the SENDAI Framework adopted in Japan and foreseen to be valid by 2030,
• Disaster risk reduction for the regions accepted as cultural heritage,
• Efficient use of technology for effective disaster risk management,
• Updating Europe's disaster risk management map,
• Implementing national disaster risk management systems with SENDAI Framework and Paris Agreement in a coherent way.
