Iraq - Erbil 3 Water Treatment Plants Expansion Project

Brief Description of the Project :

Preparation of isometric and P&I Diagram drawings, Mechanical and electrical design drawings of below mentioned structures under the scope of Iraq – Erbil Water Supply Improvement and Duhok Water Distribution Network Project – Expansion of Erbil 3 Water Treatment Plants.

• Water Intake Structure Pump Station 2000 m³/h H=36m, 3 line shaft vertical turbine pumps, mechanical & electrical equipment and piping,
• Mechanical and electrical equipment of Clarifier Structure High Speed Stirrer,
• Mechanical and electrical equipment of Filter Building,
• Mechanical and electrical equipment of Aluminum Sulfate Building additional units,
• High Service Pump Station, 2000 m³/h H=115m, 3 line shaft vertical turbine pumps, mechanical & electrical equipment and piping,
• Intermediate Pump Station 2000 m³/h H=115m, 3 line shaft vertical turbine pumps, mechanical & electrical equipment and piping,
• Chlorination Building,
• Site drainage between Filter Building, Aluminum Building, High Service Pump Station and Clarifier structures; piping design for mud collection ponds and mud draining system with ductile pipe with diameter between DN 150 and DN 1200 mm.

Preparation of mechanical and electrical designs, under the scope of the project, of IFRAZ 2 pump station composed of 2 vertical shaft centrifugal pumps with capacity of 500 m³/h, H=200 m.
