Brief Description of the Project :

Detail design for all process units, service structures and pumping stations for Balıkesir Potable Water Treatment system within the water supply system to satisfy the potable, domestic and industrial water demand in Balıkesir City until the year 2020

Design characteristics;

Water Treatment Plant : 220 000 m³/day capacity

Raw water pumping station P0 : Q = 1915 l/s, Hm = 88 m, total 6 units

Pumping Station P1 : Q = 342 m³/h, Hm = 52 m, total 4 units

                                         Q = 198 m³/h, Hm = 104 m, total 3 units

Pumping Station P2 : Q = 515 m³/h, Hm = 56 m, total 4 units

                                         Q = 245 m³/h, Hm = 106 m, total 2 units

Piping : Ø200 - Ø1200, spiral welded steel pipes

Reservoirs:

Clean water tank : 4 770 m³

Contact tank         : 3 180 m³

Leaching water storage tanks :   730 m³

Leaching water recycling tank : 3 000 m³

Scope of Services :

• Preparation of preliminary design,
• Preparation of detail design,
• Preparation of bill of quantities and technical specifications.
