TEFER Project - Repair and Improvement of Flood Protection Infrastructure in Western Black Sea Region

Brief Description of the Project:

The "Repair and Improvement of Flood Protection Infrastructure" is a component of the "Turkey Emergency Flood and Earthquake Recovery Project" (TEFER). Construction supervision services under the project were provided for flood protection structures in the following locations in the Western Black Sea Region..

Group 1: 
The works that will be carried out on site are limestone excavation on the left-right bank and riverbed training, riprap protection on the slopes, extension and reconstruction of bridges, construction of embankments with gabion mattress slope and toe protection, concrete lining and construction of roads on Bartın and Kozcağız river alignments.

Group 2: 
The works that will be carried out on site are limestone excavation on the left-right bank and river bed training, riprap protection on the slopes, extension and reconstruction of bridges, construction of embankments with gabion mattress slope and toe protection, concrete lining, construction of roads and drainage works on Bolu Büyüksu and Seben Aladağ river alignments.

Group 4: 
The works that will be carried out on site are limestone excavation on the left-right bank and river bed training, riprap protection on the slopes, extension and reconstruction of bridges, construction of embankments with gabion mattress slope and toe protection, construction of gravity flood protection and reinforced concrete walls, concrete lining, construction of roads and drainage works on Cihanbeyli and Yenice river basins.

Group 5: 
The works that will be carried out on site are limestone excavation on the left-right bank and river bed training, riprap protection on the slopes, extension and reconstruction of bridges and box culverts, construction of embankments with gabion mattress slope and toe protection, construction of gravity flood protection and reinforced concrete walls, concrete lining, construction of roads and drainage works on Karabük river alignment.
