Brief Description of the Project :

Ivedik Water Treatment Plant already provides potable, domestic and industrial for Ankara WTP consist of for units and each has 564.000 m³/day capacity. 1^st and 2^nd Units has been taken into operation in 1986.

Within in the scope of the project, detail design and tender documents will be prepared for 3^rd Unit and detail design for improvement of 1^st and 2^nd Unit.

Design characteristics;

Capacity  : 2 x 564.000 m³/day

Treatment Type : Physical and chemical treatment (Aeration, rapid mixing, clarification, filtration, disinfection, storage and sludge disposal)

No of Clarifier for each Unit : 6

Dimension of Clarifier for each Unit : 2 No for each, 54m x 12m

Clarification rate : 3 m/h

No of Filter for each Unit : 28 no

Each Filter Area : 140 m²

Normal Filter Rate : 6 m/h

Scope of Services :

• Preparation of detailed design for the improvement of 1^st and 2^nd Units,
• Preparation of detailed design of 3^rd Unit,
• Preparation of tender documents for construction works for 3^rd Unit, and improvement of 1^st and 2^nd.
