“Consultancy Services for Infrastructure Constructions of 7. Phase Expansion Area” contract is signed between Ankara Chamber of Industry 1st Organized Industrial Zone and SU-YAPI / ÜÇER Joint Venture on 07 April 2023.

The following services will be provided for 7. Phase Expansion Area (1,066 ha) of the 1st Organized Industrial Zone located in the Sincan district of Ankara Province.

• Within the scope of road constructions with a total length of approximately 38.000 meters in two different types with widths of 18 meters and 33 meters, approximately 9.500.000 m³ excavation, 2.500.000 m³ filling, road superstructure (sub-base, foundation, asphalt binder layer) and pavement,

• Approximately 33.000.000 m³ parcel excavations,

• Approximately 250,000 m³ retaining wall, between parcel and parcel, and between parcel and road,

• Infrastructure works (drinking water, wastewater, storm water, natural gas, communication network) detail designs and review of tender documents, assistance to the Client in the tender process, construction supervision and consultancy services.
