Brief Description of the Project :

Review of drawings for restoration and statical strengthening of TUSSIDE service buildings in Gebze;

Geological / geotechnical investigations, and architectural, statical, mechanical, electrical / electronical, infrastructure and landscaping preliminary, final and detail design for the new 4-star hotel and conference hall, and

Tender documentation (technical specifications, administrative specifications, unit price tariffs and analyses, cost estimate and priced BoQs and draft contract) and all necessary technical support to the Client during tender and contract award process.
