Brief Description of the Project :

Malatya WWTP forms the major part of Malatya Sewerage Project. This project aims the disposal of the collected wastewater safely, providing the environmentally safe conditions and prevention of the pollution of Karakaya Dam reservoir.

The project has been designed for:

• 1^st Stage (Year 2010) as aerated active sludge,
• 2^nd Stage (Year 2020) and
• 3^rd Stage (Year 2030) as activated sludge
• Project population (Year 2010) = 720,000 people
• Population of Project Area (Year 2010) = 18.000 m³/h
• Projected population (Year 2030) = 1,200,000 people
• Population of Project Area (Year 2030) = 30.000 m³/h

Scope of Services :

• Review and approval of detail design,
• Construction supervision,
• Commissioning,
• Supervision of Defects Liability Period.
