Brief Description of the Project :

The aim of the study was providing every kind of consulting services directly for investment of administration, design, operation / maintenance activities and providing training programs through twinning.

Scope of Services :

• Reducing unaccounted for water,
• Use of construction standards and specifications,
• Developing maintenance-repair methods,
• Improvement and development in operation system,
• Providing effectiveness in subscriber services,
• Management of wealth and investments,
• Establishment of financial and administrative data record and effective monitoring system,
• Carrying out of training programs.
